HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
As an introductory offer, the standard delivery within Australia is completely free. No catch. For express orders, please use the shipping calculator at the checkout. We only deliver within Australia.
Unfortunately, we do not process international orders at this stage. Any international orders have to be cancelled and refunded.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, you will receive an automated notification directly from Australia Post a few hours after your order is dispatched with your tracking number via email or SMS. You can track the progress of your order here. If you have an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY BOOTS?
If you place your order before 12pm AEST on a business day (Mon-Fri), it leaves our warehouse in Queensland on the same day! We aim to get your order delivered within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?
Due to the value of our boots and because we'd hate to see your order get stolen, we instruct Australia Post to require a signature upon delivery. If you're not home at the time of delivery, your order will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office where you'll be able to pick it up at a time that's convenient for you.
If you live nowhere near your local post office and must have your order delivered to your front door, regardless of if anyone is home, you assume all risk associated with this. We will not replace or refund stolen boots if you specifically request that they be left without a signature.
